SAMCIM Shipping Policy 

Processing Time 

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) 

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase 

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $65)

  • Delivery: 5-7 business days 

Expedited Shipping: 

  • Delivery: 3-4 business days 

  • Cost: $6.99 

Express Shipping: 

  • Delivery: 1-2 business days 

  • Cost: $12.99 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is shipped. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. 

Shipping Locations 

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and [other applicable locations]. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at [carrier website] or through your SAMCIM account. 

Shipping Restrictions 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited/express orders 

  • Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses 

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
